We support Health and Social Care providers to reach ‘Outstanding’ under the new single assessment framework for CQC. Carrying out due diligence and compliance audits and mock inspections to give the owners an understanding of where their service currently sits under the regulatory guidance. Supporting registered managers, nominated individuals and large corporate groups to achieve regulatory compliance, mentoring them as we go along. The main outcome for QCM2US is the quality partnerships achieved which range from 80+ Visiting Angels franchise owners to the elite care provider Signature Senior Living and furthermore a forensics organisation where people are supported on lifelong sentences in the community.

About our CEO & Founder

Carla is the founder of Quality Care Matters 2 Us (QCM2US) and a highly respected leader with a wealth of experience across both the private healthcare sector and the NHS. As the driving force behind QCM2US Carla brings strategic insight, sector-wide knowledge, and a relentless commitment to improving the quality of care services across the UK.

Her unwavering passion for transforming services and enhancing the lives of vulnerable adults has earned her a strong and trusted reputation within the care sector. Carla is known for her confident, transparent, and values-driven leadership, and is often described as encouraging, approachable, honest, and a powerful advocate for high-quality care provision.

Carla has led services and operational teams across the country, helping providers move from ‘Inadequate’ to ‘Compliant’, and from ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’.

QCM2US was founded following a deeply personal experience in which a close family member suffered from inadequate care with fatal consequences. That moment became Carla’s catalyst for change and became a turning point for Carla and the foundation on which the company was established.

When asked why she founded QCM2US, Carla explains;

“I wanted to make a difference so that this didn’t happen to any other family. By being honest, approachable, and values-driven in everything we do. We’re here to lift services up, not tear them down.”
